Kelly Pearl is your primary contact for Exchange Division services at CB&T, an affiliate of Zions Bancorporation. Kelly is an attorney licensed to practice in California and who holds a Master of Laws in Taxation. She has served as exchange counsel and managed intermediary operations in California for the past eight years. She has also earned the Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, and is a member of the Certification Council for the designation.

Her background serves as an additional resource for you and your customers and adds another dimension to California Bank & Trust’s customer service.
