Craig Chagnon is an Exchange Business Development Officer for Exchange Services, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Zions First National Bank. Mr. Chagnon has worked exclusively in the 1031 exchange industry since October, 2004. In his current position he is responsible for sales, marketing, education, and assisting taxpayers and their advisors with their 1031 exchange transactions.

Mr. Chagnon is a Certified Exchange Specialist having earned the CES® designation after meeting the examination and work-experience criteria established by the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA). He has been an instructor of continuing education in Nevada, Utah, and Idaho, and has been lecturing on the subject of 1031 exchange since 2004. He dedicates a significant portion of his time speaking to real estate agents and brokers, escrow officers, accountants, attorneys, and principals. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nevada since 2001, and holds the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation.

Prior to joining Exchange Services, LLC he was Division Manager at Asset Preservation, Inc. with responsibility for market growth and customer service in Nevada and Utah. Mr. Chagnon graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.
