Mike Anderson is Director, 1031 Exchange Services for Zions Bank and Zions Bancorporation, where he is president of Exchange Services, LLC, an affiliate of Zions Bancorporation which is a qualified intermediary service company serving Zions Bancorporation's eight affiliate banks throughout the Western United States. He is a frequent speaker and author on exchange topics, and is a certified instructor for continuing education for attorney, CPA and real estate licenses. Previously, he was a Senor Vice President and Regional Manager for First American Exchange Company, LLC, the exchange subsidiary of First American Title, and earlier, Regional Manger for Starker Services, Inc. He received the Certified Exchange Specialist® designation in 2003, and is a Member of the governing Council which sets policy for and governs the process of awarding the designation of the Certified Exchange Specialist®; including setting policy, rules, test formulation, appeals, and marketing. He received his MBA degree from the Harvard Business School, and B.A. in Finance and Management magna cum laude from the University of Utah.
